His focus has always been in labor law and the implication of new technologies regarding labor law, therefore he proposed an amendment to the Mexican Federal Labor Law as his LLB dissertation prior to the amendment made on 2012 to such Law, spearheading the application of technology law to Labor Law and proposing the legislation of a Remote Labor chapter in such law.
