We’re convinced that the best way to avoid any labor conflict is to properly train those who act on behalf of the company in labor-law matters. Therefore, among the services we provide our clients is training for HR Employees in order for them to comply with the Mexican Labor Law and the highest quality standards, changing the perspective, from a problem-solving to a preventive approach.

In such training, we provide the HR personnel with proper knowledge regarding the implementation and proper use of labor-legal documents regarding the company’s employees, i.e. contracts, corrective measures, labor committees minutes, due calculation and portrayal of payment concepts in salary invoices such as salary, vacations, Christmas bonus, overtime, severance payments, etc. to minimize the risk of liability because of improper use of legal documents by the HR personnel.
